Complete and send this form to request assistance when the program does not appear to be functioning correctly, that is, it not does respond to a command, displays an error message, returns incorrect data, or closes abnormally. If you want to request a new feature or suggest an enhancement to an existing one, please use the Change Request form.  

You can avoid any delays in processing by providing a detailed explanation of when, where, and how the error occurred, the steps before the error occurred, whether you can reproduce the error, and access to associated files such as project files, survey files, or screen captures. An asterisk in the form indicates that the information is required.  

Project files are usually needed for us to recreate the error and to check for errors that may have resulted from problems in the database. We have several means by which you can provide files. Please zip large files or several files.

  3. An ftp site is available at ftp.watershedconcepts.com/Public/Upload/WISEbugs. You will need to get a username and password from your point of contact to log onto the ftp site. Please indicate in the bug report the names of the files that you have uploaded to the ftp site.
