Issues Addressed
Service Pack 2 for WISE 2.0.9
addresses issues in the following areas:
General
- 4460: Project Options, Projected Coordinate
System
The Project Options dialog box has been changed to only allow selection of projections
based on feet. This conforms to the way the plan view and all WISE functions
operate and eliminates a source of confusion and possible errors for users.
- 4460: Assign Projection to Shapefile
The Assign Projection to Shapefile dialog box has been changed to only allow
selection of projections based on feet. This conforms to the way the plan
view and all WISE functions operate and eliminates a source of confusion
and possible errors for users.
Closed Inventory
- 4387: Detailed Node Report with Map
A run-time error that was produced when running this report has been fixed.
- 4433: Join Pipe Stubs
A problem when changing the flow direction while joining pipes that caused
WISE to stop has been corrected.
Open Inventory
- 4144: Import Total Station Data for Pipe Crossing
After importing a pipe crossing to an Open Inventory project, you can view
and edit its data in the Field Data Editor. For a pipe crossing associated
with a bridge or culvert, the CenterlineStation of the pipe on the Pier Attributes
tab is automatically populated with the same Value as the structure. For
a pipe crossing not associated with a structure, the CenterlineStation is
populated with a Value for the pipe crossing. In either case, the Data Centerline
on the Cross Section Data tab for both the TOR Type and the Field Type is
now being populated with the same value as the CenterlineStation.
- 4461: High Water Marks (Historical Witness Interview)
The field length for the stream name was lengthened to 100 characters to accommodate
longer stream names.
- 4463: Export to NC Database
The function now checks the length of comments and truncates them to 50 characters
to mee the requirements of the NC database. A template of the database can
be requested from WISEHelp@watershedconcepts.com
- 4461: Report Printing Error
Reports for surveys, cross sections, and other structures will now print.
Hydraulics
- 2761: Approximate Structures, Barrels
A problem with WISE through Citrix with entering decimal values for culvert
inverts has been corrected.
- 4410: Merge FIS and GIS Xsects
When merging a new cross section layer, the tool generated an error because
the source cross section shapefiles contained the field “BY” rather
than “BY_”. The tool will now accept either field name.
- 4479: Compare Cross Section Elevation to Terrain
The requirement that cross sections be drawn left to right looking downstream
has been removed from this tool. The tool will now process cross sections
drawn either direction. A Close button has been added to the dialog box.
Documentation
- Online Help has been updated for Redelineation topics in the Hydraulics
module. Online Help has been updated for the changes in functionality described
