From the North on I-29 (KCI), I-35 and Broadway Bridge:

From Kansas City International Airport (KCI), take I-29 south to the MO Highway 169 (Broadway) exit. Follow MO Highway 169 (Broadway) south to the Broadway Bridge over the Missouri River (you will pass Kansas City’s Downtown Aiport (Charles Wheeler Airport) on your right just before the bridge). At the foot of the Broadway Bridge turn right onto I-35. Follow I-35 South to the 20th Street exit (#1D). Turn left on 20th St. and go nine blocks to Grand Blvd. Turn right onto Grand Blvd. and take Grand Blvd. to Pershing Rd. At the intersection of Grand Blvd. and Pershing Rd., our building is located in the southeast corner of the intersection (ahead and to your left). Turn left on Pershing and take the next right, into the underground parking garage. To enter 2405 Grand from the Gold Level parking: Exit the parking garage on the west side onto the outdoor court yard area. As you exit the parking garage, 2405 Grand will be on your right (the north side of the court yard). To enter 2405 Grand from the Orange Level parking: Take the stairs to the Gold Level and exit the parking garage on the west side onto the outdoor court yard area. As you exit the parking garage, 2405 Grand will be on your right (the north side of the court yard). Follow the signs into the 2405 building. We are located on the 10th floor, Suite 1000.

Directions from the South on I-35:

Follow I-35 North to the Broadway exit (#2U). Turn right on Broadway and follow to Pershing Road. Turn left at Pershing and go to Grand Blvd. At the intersection of Grand Blvd. and Pershing Rd., our building is located in the southeast corner of the intersection (ahead and to your right). Go through the light at Pershing Rd. and Grand Blvd. and take the next right (1/2 block), into the underground parking garage. To enter 2405 Grand from the Gold Level parking: Exit the parking garage on the west side onto the outdoor court yard area. As you exit the parking garage, 2405 Grand will be on your right (the north side of the court yard). Follow 71 Hwy. North to the 22nd Street exit. Turn left on 22nd Street to Gillham Rd. Veer to the right on Gillham Rd. and stay on Gillham Rd. to Grand Blvd. Turn left on Grand Blvd. and take Grand Blvd. to Pershing Rd. At the intersection of Grand Blvd. and Pershing Rd., our building is located in the southeast corner of the intersection (ahead and to your left). Turn left on Pershing and take the next right, into the underground parking garage.
