Watershed Concepts – Charlotte Office:

Take I-77 to Exit 5 - Tyvola Road (East).

Go through the light at South Blvd. Continue on Tyvola through the next two lights.

Tyvola changes to Fairview at the intersection of Park Road. Continue on Fairview.

Take a left onto Barclay Downs Drive at the second light.

The State Employees Credit Union Building will be on your right at the corner of Fairview Road and Barclay Downs Drive.

Take the first right on Bullfinch Road to go to the parking deck access at the back of the building.

Watershed Concepts is located on the 4th floor of the State Employees Credit Union Building. Upon exiting the elevators, the doors you see on the left lead to our office.
